Strict Pullups / Sandbag Sprint / Overhead Squat

I wanted another quick, hard WOD. I chose this (somewhat) triplet with short distances, moderate weights, and low reps to help to keep the intensity high.

5 Rounds of:

10 Strict pullups
25 yd Sandbag Sprint 100#
10 Overhead Squat 115#
25 yd Sandbag Sprint 100#

This WOD destroyed me!
