For my morning WOD, I did the Air Force WOD. It was a WOD they did at Sectionals in 2010.
20 Thrusters 95#
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 95#
20 Push Jerks 95#
20 Overhead Squats 95#
20 Front Squats 95#
Every minute on the minute, perform 4 burpees until the WOD is complete
