I took Saturday off, and (as always) took Sunday off. The two days I really hate to miss a WOD is Monday and Saturday! I do take Sundays off, yet still feel that I get a great weeks worth of WOD-ness. (I shoot for 5-6 WODs/week).
Anyways, I had "Jason Holbrook" or "The 100's" planned,(both seemingly killer WODs... my hands will hate me!)but will have t tackle them this week. (details to follow)
