A Modified Annie!

I did a modification on Annie today. I'm so committed to getting the dreaded "Double Under"! To that, I decided to do "Annie" every 1-2 weeks, and I thought that it was a good idea, until it was actually time to do it for the second time. Because of this, I decided to do a Modified "Annie", and make it into a type of "Chipper".

Here it is!

50 Double Unders
50 Sit Ups
40 Double Unders
40 Squats
30 Double Unders
30 Pull Ups
20 Double Unders
20 Box Jumps (25")
10 Double Unders

I got a record (and met a goal) with 28 unbroken! Extremely excited, but I still beat the tar out of my arms - not as bad as last week, though!

Whadda ya think?!
