I finally got around to the WOD I was going to do on Wednesday, and I gotta say - it didn't dissappoint! I changed a couple things.
3 Rounds of:
30 KB Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls (2 Pood)
30 Toes to Bar
800 m run
I don't know if it was because of the WOD last night, or the heat, but I was having the toughest time recovering from this one. It took me a couple hours, but I'm good! My hands are pretty tore up as well. I haven't ripped in about 5 months, and didn't tonight, but I have some gnarly calluses. Just Glad I didn't pass out...
