Murph

Tonight was a Hero WOD night...

Murph:

1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

*the pull-ups, push-ups, and air squats can be done in any order in between each run.

I PR'd on this one - by a lot. This is one of my favorite WODs!
