Tonight was Chelsea. It's about the only WOD I could think of that doesn't aggrivate my ab - thing going on, and doesn't kill my feet!
Chelsea
30 Rounds of:
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
One round on the minute - every minute for 30 minutes.
It was a good one!
