Power Snatch / Box Jumps


After establishing a power snatch 1rm and box jump height max:
3 rd AMRAP (2 minutes work, 1 minute rest) of:

Power snatch 70% 1rm
Box jump 70% height max

This was a good one! I was toast after - the good thing is that I didn't smash my shin this time!
