Rippetoe - Day 2

I decided to do the second Mark Rippetoe workout.


Rippetoe "B"

5-5-5 Back Squat
5-5-5 Strict Press
5-5-5 Power Cleans
8-8-8 Pullups


*Every week, add 2.5% weight

Not bad. Although it's already boring.
