Deadlift / Overhead Squat

Establish a 1rm on:

Deadlift
Overhead Squat

Then:

5rft

3 Deadlift 70% 1rm (340#)
5 overhead squat 70% 1rm (155)

This was an awesome WOD! I PR'd both of my lifts tonight!
