Bench Press

I need to vastly impove my press max, so I did the unthinkable - and made a lift day a Bench Press day.

Bench Press (Wide Grip) 3-3-3
Bench Press (Narrow Grip) 3-3-3
Bench Press (Normal Grip) 3-3-3

Not too bad. I may bench a little more  - a LITTLE more.
