My Goals - Revisited

On one of my posts in SEPTEMBER, I set some goals before the Crossfit open. While I haven't accomplished everything on my list, I can check a few things off my list

    • 225# Overhead
    • 500# Dead Lift
  • MOVEMENTS
    • 100 Unbroken Double Unders
    • 50 Unbroken Pull-Ups
    • 10 Unbroken Pistols PER LEG
    • 5 Unbroken Muscle-Ups
  • MASTER (Rx'd)
    • Butterfly Kip
    • Handstand Push-Ups (No Kip)
    • Pistol
    • Snatch
    5 weeks to go before the open..
