Row / Front Squats

Today, I combined the strength with the WOD

30 Front squats 95#
20 Pullups
15 Shoulder to overheads 95#

THEN

I took this idea from the 2012 Regionals. I modified it to make it a pure Front Squat WOD, abbreviated the reps, and added the row. It was a tough one!
