EMOM perform 1 deadlift at 225#. Add 1 rep every minute. the WOD ends when you aren't able to perform the required reps in the required time*

*No-reps will be called on 1)Weight dropped from the standing position, 2) hips not fully extended, 3) back rounding in any way.
