Lifted Heavy Things

Today I lifted heavy things in fact, at one time tonight, I had 650# on 2 bars...

5-5-3-3-1-1-1

Dead lifts
Split snatch

For weight.

Alternate lifts until you're done with both.

While I didn't do terrible, I merely tied my PRs, but couldn't pass them - try as I might.




At least I wasn't this guy..
