Deadlifts!!!

Been a little inconsistent this last week in posting, but had some time today, and hopefully I'll get caught up.

Deadlifts

THEN:

5 rft of:
5 Deadlifts 275# (60% 1 rm)
10 pullups*

*the stations were 50ft apart

I PR'd by 10# tonight!
